St Helens will face Hull FC in Dublin as part of a Super League double-header next April, the day after Warrington Wolves take on Wigan Warriors.

Laya Arena, formerly known as the RDS Arena, reopened earlier this month after refurbishment St Helens will face Hull FC in Dublin as part of a Super League double-header in 2027. Saints chairman Eamonn McManus announced before Thursday evening's game between the two clubs at the BrewDog Stadium that the fixture will take place on Sunday, 25 April. Warrington Wolves and Wigan Warriors are set to meet the day before in the first Super League fixture to be played in Ireland. "We've today signed a formal partnership with Hull FC," McManus told Sky Sports. "We've been in discussions with them and with Warrington and Wigan for some while now that we will supplement the Saturday fixture with a Sunday game between Saints and Hull FC." Hull FC chairman Andrew Thirkell said he was "delighted" to be part of the occasion. "We know our supporters enjoy making special occasions of away fixtures. Dublin provides the perfect destination for what we hope will become a fantastic rugby league weekend," he said.
