Pakistan complete their first overseas Test win for three years with an eight-wicket victory over West Indies in Port of Spain.

Chasing a target of 75 in Port-of-Spain, Abdullah Shafique and captain Babar Azam both made an unbeaten 24 as the tourists wrapped up the match inside 24 overs on day four. The home side, who had won the first Test in Tarouba, resumed their second innings on 103-6 overnight after losing three wickets just before the close on day three. That left them just 60 ahead, with Pakistan having made 387 in response to West Indies' first-innings score of 344. They were bowled out for 117 within half an hour on Wednesday, losing their three remaining wickets with batter Brandon King absent hurt. Spinners Ali Usman (4-39) and Sajid Khan (4-32) led the way with the former, playing in his second Test, claiming two of his wickets on day four. Pakistan lost openers Imam-ul-Haq, caught by Jason Greaves off Jayden Seales for nine, and Azan Awais, bowled by Shamar Joseph for 18, as they reached 57-2 at lunch.
