CollectWise is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to build the infrastructure, prompting systems, and core architecture behind our voice AI agents. You will work at the intersection of AI infrastructure, prompt engineering, conversational design, and product development to build voice agents that power millions of consumer interactions. This is a highly technical role for someone who is equally comfortable building production-grade systems, writing and refining prompts and conversation flows, and designing rigorous testing frameworks to maximize real-world performance.
